Where to Watch Halloween Movies in San Jose

Now that you can grab a 75 inch television for under $1000 and new releases are available via streaming platforms, I find myself going to the movie theater a lot less than I did even 10 years ago. I can even order movie theater food and popcorn from Kabuki theater on Uber Eats to complete the home viewing experience. However, watching a Halloween movie in the theater is still a fun thing to do and it just isn't the same at home. If you want to get out of the house and enjoy a good old fashioned time at the movies in San Jose, here are a few good choices.
San Jose Movie Theaters

Watching a scary movie outdoors from your car gives this San Jose drive-in an atmosphere that fits Halloween particularly well. Its early October 2026 schedule includes Resident Evil, with screenings listed through October 7. Check the theater’s calendar for additional horror films and later October dates.
